Albert J. Jackson Jr. (27 de noviembre de 1935 - 1 de octubre de 1975) fue un baterista y músico estadounidense.

Fundador de Booker T. & the MG's, Jackson fue incluido en el Salón de la Fama de la Música de Memphis en 2015 y en el Salón de la Fama del Rock and Roll como miembro de Booker T. & the MG's en 1992.

Durante su carrera, también tocó y colaboró con otros artistas y grupos, como los Bar-Kays[7][8] y Al Green[9] (con artistas como Let's Stay Together y I'm Still in Love with You), pero también con Elvis Presley, Otis Redding, Bill Withers, Albert King, Wilson Pickett, Leon Russell, Eric Clapton, Aretha Franklin, Rod Stewart, Shirley Brown y Donny Hathaway.
